A chemical compound which is produced commercially by reacting various copper(II) compounds with sulfuric acid.

Uses

Copper Sulfate is used in many different areas. For Pyrotechnics it is used to create blue fireworks. It can also be used in agriculture for treatment of crops because it is a known fungicide, herbicide, and pesticide. Treating leather and dying textiles are a few more examples of its many uses.
